At House of Aloraa, your satisfaction is our priority. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you may return or exchange the item within 14 days of receipt. Please note, this policy does not apply to personalized or custom-made products. Terms & conditions apply*

Refunds

Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment
once the returned item passes our quality inspection
Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

This assures the customer that you care about quality:
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and order details. We will prioritize a replacement or full refund.

Order Cancellations

By You:
If you'd like to cancel your order, please contact our Customer Service Team as soon as possible. Cancellations are only accepted before the item has been shipped.

By House of Aloraa:
In certain instances, we may be unable to process your order and will have to cancel it. Reasons may include, but are not limited to:

  • Limited availability of the product
  • Errors in product details or pricing
  • Payment or billing issues

We may request additional information to verify your order before proceeding. If your order is canceled after payment, the amount will be refunded to your original payment method.

Terms & Conditions

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are only valid within the timeframe specified in our policy. 
Refunds will be issued using the original method of payment.
All returns, exchanges, and refunds must be accompanied by: 

  • The original product certificate
  • The original or a copy of the invoice

Items that show any signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.
All returned products will undergo a quality inspection by our Quality Assurance team.
House of Aloraa reserves the right to revise the refund or exchange value based on the product’s condition after inspection.
Refunds are subject to GST at the prevailing rate of 3%.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Purchases made using gift cards, promo codes, or during special promotions are not eligible for refund.
Customised or personalised products are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.
