Return & Exchange Policy

At House of Aloraa, your satisfaction is our utmost priority. Should your purchase not meet your expectations, we are delighted to offer a refund or exchange to ensure your complete happiness.

Please note that all sale items are considered final and are not eligible for returns or refunds. However, they may be exchanged for size. 

All unworn and unused items are eligible for return within 30 days. Personalized or engraved products are excluded from this policy. Any signs of wear or tampering render the item ineligible for return or exchange.

If the value of your exchanged item exceeds that of the original, the difference will be payable. If the value is less, the remaining amount will be credited toward future purchases. Please note, House of Aloraa is not responsible for lost or stolen items once marked 'Delivered' by the courier service. Altered items by third-party jewelers are also non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

In some cases, our logistics partners may not offer reverse pickup services. Should this be the case, we will provide the nearest location where you can drop off your House of Aloraa item for return at no cost if within the stipulated timeframe.

How to Return or Exchange Your Product

To initiate a return or exchange, please reach out to our team via email at info@houseofaloraa.com or through WhatsApp. Our customer care specialists are here to assist you and ensure a seamless process.

When returning an item, please ensure it is unused, in its original packaging, including the House of Aloraa box, pouch, invoice, and quality certificate. Refunds or exchanges will be processed once we have received and inspected the piece through our Quality Assurance department. Upon approval, you can expect your refund or exchange within 15 days.

Refund Process

For online payments, refunds will be credited back to your credit or debit card. For cash payments, a bank transfer will be arranged
