We offer Various Services to make your Return experience as pleasant as possible At Chris Jewels we value our customers & strive to provide them with an experience that makes them feel confident about their purchase and also provide them with Returns and Exchange Policies for our products and services.
Chris Jewels has A No Questions Asked Free “Return, Replacement and Resizing” policy.
You may return any product purchased from Chris Jewels, within 60 Days from the date of Delivery.
The packing slip and certificate (If applicable) must accompany the returned merchandise.
Any product can be exchanged for goods of similar or higher value within 90 Days.

Returns can directly be made to Our Stores in USA, India, UAE & New Zealand.
*All returns and exchanges are subject to a quality control inspection before they are accepted.

Cancellation Policy
Pieces with engraving are specially made for you hence cannot be returned or cancelled/exchanged.

An order once placed, can be cancelled via mail, will be confirmed via mail too.
Refund process will be initiated & can be taken care of within 60-90 days.
